Strong Sun Pow Wow has been issued proclamation by the Govenor for our
pow wow making this Native American week end in NC.

The Tribe hosts crafting classes every 2nd & 4th Friday
nights of the month
for those who are interested and Tribal citizenship
is not a requirement to attend. There are no fees for the classes;
however, there is a need to know
how many attendees to expect. To register, contact Tribal Office 1-336-618-0561 .

Medicine Wheel Study
Genealogy Teaching
History Discussions
There will be a gathering in early May for all Tribal Citizenship.
Persons who have taken courses will be invited.
The annual Strong Sun Pow Wow will take place July 13th-14th-15th at Tanglewood Park. There will also be a flute concert Sunday night
featuring Mr. John Sarantos, who is a Native American flute player who has performed at Carnegie Hall and many other private concerts. He will also be teaching Native American flute and performing at the Pow wow.
